Mary, Queen of the May

Usually in Scoil Mhuire at this time of the year, we celebrate May as the Month of Mary.  Our school name, Scoil Mhuire, is dedicated to Mary, Mother of God and Our Lady holds a special place in our prayers. This year our prayers are dedicated to all those who are worried about, or who have lost loved ones at this difficult time.  Here is a picture of our May Altar and the the song  “Queen of the May”, usually learnt by our choir and many of our classes in May.
