The Feel-Good Fortnight was launched at a sleep themed assembly. The pupils learned about sleep and were given tips about bed time routines and exercising during the day and they were also asked to keep a sleep diary.
They were also told that they could bring in their slippers and a cushion for the planned daily relaxation sessions. During the fortnight there were sessions of daily mindfulness, yoga, and had an art competition. The fortnight culminated in a school walk and an assembly. At the assembly, a representative from each class told us how they had benefitted from the fortnight, one child read a poem and the winners of the art competition were announced.
